There is such a vibrant atheist community, and I want to share some resources and blogs/vlogs that I like. This will always be a work in progress as I find more information about people/groups.
Atheist Groups (USA):
The United Coalition of Reason - a nonprofit national organization that helps local nontheistic groups work together to achieve higher visibility, gain more members, and have a greater impact in their local areas.
Secular Student Alliance - The mission of the Secular Student Alliance is to organize, unite, educate, and serve students and student communities that promote the ideals of scientific and critical inquiry, democracy, secularism, and human-based ethics.
American Humanist Association - We strive to bring about a progressive society where being good without gods is an accepted way to live life. We are accomplishing this through our defense of civil liberties and secular governance, by our outreach to the growing number of people without traditional religious faith, and through a continued refinement and advancement of the humanist worldview.
Atheist Groups (International):
Atheist Alliance International - a global network of atheist and freethought groups, committed to educating its members and the public about atheism, secularism and related issues.
Other Resources:
Support Atheism - a resource of knowledge, a place to share stories and ideas, a way to share some laughs, and most of all, a way to build a community for atheists.
Military Association of Atheists and Freethinkers - MAAF is a community support network that connects military members from around the world with each other and with local organizations.
Grief Beyond Belief - Faith-free support for non-religious people grieving the death of a loved one.
CarbonDate.me - Online dating site specifically for non-theists.
